- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nevin Aydın (Artvin Çoruh University, Türkiye)
Abstract
The number of mobile e-commerce users in our country and in the world is increasing day by day. This shows that sales made through mobile e-commerce increase customer satisfaction. Increased payment security in mobile e-commerce and well-designed sites are among the factors that increase sales. Approximately 17 percent of e-commerce in Turkey and about 30 percent of e-commerce in the world is carried out over the mobile. The increase in the number of mobile users in the world is also driving mobile sales. Many brands in the world have started to increase the value of their brand by driving their strategies towards mobile commerce after seeing the advantages of mobile commerce. Every day, E-commerce is transformed into a market place for e-mobile users, where they enjoy shopping.
