The International Congress on Eurasian Economies aims at bringing together academicians and decision makers involved in research about Eurasian countries in a forum to discuss current and future economic and social issues of the region. Topics of discussion include economic integration, regional cooperation and international trade under globalization, sustainable growth and development, transition economics, finance, energy and natural resources as well as environment.
This year's conference will be hosted by Doğuş University. Participants will be allowed to join online as well. The conference will be held at two physical locations, as well as online. Participants attending in Turkey will be hosted by Doğuş University and participants attending in Kyrgyzstan will be hosted by Manas University. The authors will present their papers live in front of the attendees from their respective countries and all sessions will be broadcast online to other locations, as well as to participants who cannot attend the conference at any of the locations.
Submitted papers as well as presentations and discussions at the congress can be conducted in English, Turkish or Russian. Each paper must be accompanied by an English title and an English abstract.
Papers presented at the conference, upon request, can undergo another review process in order to be included in one of the following journals of author's choice.

International Congress on Eurasian Economies fulfills the criteria for international conference, set by the inter-university committee of Turkey.
