Can I pay the registration fee at the conference?

If you are a presenting author, then you have to pay the registration fee in advance by the registration deadline. Otherwise no presentation slot will be allocated for you and your paper will not be published in the proceedings book.

If you want to just attend the conference without presenting a paper, you can pay the fee at the conference. Still, please fill in the form in advance.
