I will not be able to attend the conference. Do I still need to pay the registration fee?

If you cannot attend the conference, then we must withdraw your paper such that it is not included in the conference program and the proceedings book. Only papers whose authors attend the conference and present their papers at the allocated time slot will be included in the conference proceedings.

Please note that no refunds are given on the registration fee after the paper is officially accepted.
