Abstract
The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of cultural sensitivity of employees in multicultural organisations on their predisposition to cooperation. The sample of the study consists of academic and administrative staff of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. The data used in the study were collected through a questionnaire form. Reliability analysis, t test, anova test and regression analyses were used to analyse the data. According to the results of the research; it was determined that intercultural sensitivity and tendency to cooperation of the employees showed a significant difference according to gender, marital status, being a citizen of a different country, working style, age groups and education levels.
