Diffuse Processes as a Factor of Success and Scale in the Development of Innovative Economy
Диффузные Процессы Как Фактор Успеха И Масштабности В Развитии Инновационной Экономики

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of coordination and regulation of the innovation process by the state in the Kyrgyz Republic. The objective necessity to use innovative schemes for its successful development forces the economies of different countries to develop all new innovative programs. Moreover, in the context of the ongoing systemic global financial crisis, the issue of investing in innovative projects is becoming more relevant, on the one hand, and more problematic on the other: there is a significant reduction in funding for research and development. But even if the means for investing innovations is quite enough, do not stop using new technologies only for the production process, you need to establish effective links, improve delivery methods, using different logistics schemes. It is important that both the state and entrepreneurs take an active joint participation in the dissemination of innovations, since without diffuse processes of success from the introduction of innovations can be achieved, but only for a short period. The proposed article analyzes the factors of successful development of innovative economies and considers the possibility of promoting the innovation process in the Kyrgyz Republic through systemic diffusion.
